Michael has over 24 years of restaurant experience and has held numerous management positions in the industry. He graduated from University of Nevada Las Vegas with a BA in Business Administration.

 

Douglas Vega Owner / Executive Chef

Chef Doug studied at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Las Vegas before training under celebrity chef Daniel Boulud. He then moved on to Commander’s Palace, following in the footsteps of Emeril Lagasse and Paul Prudhomme, and joined Double Helix in 2011.

 

Stephanie Pierotti VP Branding & Merchandising

Stephanie has over 20 years of brand development and brand extension experience, with companies such as Universal Music, Yahoo!, Scott Brothers Global and The Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation. She has a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, is a member of Arizona Apparel Foundation’s Board of Directors, and volunteers as a Mentor for Moonshot at North Arizona Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology.
