Jonathan Stern and Evan Metalios of Double Helix Wine & Restaurant Group launched the first Double Helix bar and retail boutique concept in December 2007 at The Palazzo on the Las Vegas Strip.

Our second location, Double Helix Wine & Whiskey Lounge at Town Square, located just south of the Las Vegas Strip, opened in 2011.

For ten years, Double Helix Wine & Whiskey Lounge has served as an unrivaled destination for award-winning food, unique drinks and a dynamic social scene.

The 2,800 sqft space features a full bar serving 60 wines by the glass, 350 whiskey labels, craft cocktails, wine and whiskey flights poured by expert bartenders, as well as an assortment of small plates created by Executive Chef Doug Vega.

The pet-friendly and cigar-friendly patio includes a beautiful fire pit conducive to conversation and gatherings, a cooling mister system for the summer and ultra-comfortable lounge-style furniture.

Our goal is to take this proven model and create new homes for it. We hope to continue providing service worthy of the name Double Helix, and continue to build the Double Helix brand.
